Experience and passion. We've worked in the software industry as a designer since 1994 (before the web, through the web boom / bust and now into this 2008 growth spurt). We've worked with some of the brightest minds and companies in the industry. We've gotten here by creating more than pretty pictures. Any firm or designer can make a static Photoshop comp pretty, or even original. Our visual aesthetic is slick and world class but these days design is more than that. Design is interaction, flow, experience over time, understanding new business models and knowing how to stoke your customers. We know that real results, efficient processes and design leadership is important for any size company.
If your goals are clear and you're ready to be organized and participate we'll create solutions that are on budget, on time and meet your expectations. If your goals aren't clearly defined then you're like most of us.. we need to nurture a synergy, hammer out the ideas, form and reform them, pool together just a few talented, smart and experienced people. I'm interested in all this work and it isn't added cost. This process and encompassing approach is design and your business will benefit from it.
For clients, this site becomes their project hub. As mentioned above, organization is essential to create innovative and cost effective solutions. That's why every project has it's own secure client access area. Here, we review your designs and documentation, transfer files and, in general, keep in tight communication about your project status and progress.
If you're not sure where to start on your project or if your idea is fuzzy and you'd like some help building momentum, ideas and documentation, get in touch with me. We can help you discover the scope of your project and help with business and (obviously) design ideas. In most cases we can quickly turn around a bid on your project that includes project cost, a schedule for completion and an outline of the entire process. There's no obligation to hire us if we create a bid, and we won't even try to make you feel guilty about it.
