Microsoft Expression Web Designer Beta

Check out the new (free) beta download of Microsoft Expression Web Designer. It’s looking quite nice and heck of a lot cheaper ($0 currently) than Dreamweaver. Vitamin has a good review if you want to see screen shots before downloading.

  1. Update: I hate that Dreamweaver does not have a “Source Formatting” feature for CSS. This was a big mistake in my opinion. CSS editors like TopStyle have very good CSS formatting commands, but I’m cheap and won’t pay $79 for this single feature (I wouldn’t use TopStyle as my main editor for several reasons).

The beta of Microsoft Expression Web Designer DOES have CSS formatting, it works great and its FREE.
